In the new clip, Ademuyiwa educates Nigerians on the injuries inflicted on the late Mohbad and how those who inflicted them on him can be held responsible for his death.
Remember how a shot of the late singer's tummy showed a sizable scar? It appeared online. Despite the scar being entirely healed, the injury nevertheless appeared to be quite significant.
In October 2022, a video of Mohbad sobbing once more and covered in bruises after being thrashed at Marlian's home also appeared online. He ultimately needs drips at the hospital.
Mohbad also stated in 2023 that if he passes away, things should continue as they did before his life.
Additionally, the video showing Sam Larry abusing and taunting Mohbad while he was still alive sparked discussions online.
According to Ademuyiwa, Sam Larry and Naira Marley are not safe as the degree of the injury also determines the nature of the offense.
He added that if someone causes bodily harm to someone else, it has higher punishment than assualt.
He said that if an individual fights someone and causes injury to the person and the person dies within a year and a day, the law says those who caused the injuries are the ones that killed the person except the autopsy says otherwise.
